I am a Mediator, Group Facilitator and Reflective Practice Guide.
I am and always will be a student of change and conflict. Change and adaption is the key to survival. Moving through life, negotiating conflicts and flowing with change is an ongoing challenge. This requires awareness, a certain attitude and a spiritual practice, that encompasses your past, your present and your future. This is at the heart of my daily practice as a community worker, facilitator and mediator. I came to academic study late in life, completing my undergraduate degree in Social Policy in 2012 when I was 52 years old, then I went on to do a Master’s degree in Public Policy in 2015 at University College Dublin,Ireland. In 2018 I completed a post graduate diploma in Conflict and Dispute Resolution Studies in Trinity College, Dublin. I’m also an Approved Mediator, with the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (Mii).
